Body By Blake brings fitness to you, anytime, anyplace, with no equipment required. We started doing virtual training during the difficult times of the pandemic, and it has still be successful even after the pandemic was over. Our service makes working out possible regardless of having access to a gym or not.
We provide personalized workout plans and nutrition advice to you at home, when you travel, or anytime you have an hour to spare by bringing live one-on-one personal training through Zoom meetings. With live sessions, adjustments can always be made and feedback is instant (unlike a prerecorded video).
Our diverse team of inspirational trainers are enthusiastic about getting to know you and spearheading your fitness goals as their own. They have experience with a variety of clients and are ready to help push you to lose weight, gain muscle, improve cardiovascular health, build an ideal physique, increase mobility, or prep for sports performance.
BodyByBlake is for everyone. You don’t need any prior experience and it is welcomed to all ages! Fitness should always be accessible at any level and circumstance, we are here to find a way to make that possible for you in a way that you can love and adopt as a habit for life. All you need is a reliable internet connection or data and a device to join on video chat, and that’s it!
The difference between selecting one of our trainers instead of using prerecorded videos online or other trainer services, is the interaction and relationship. Body By Blake’s trainers have an exuberance for fitness and it shows in the way they design your programs, how they coach, and the discipline in their daily life. Passion is contagious and we believe that is what can truly drive change. Fitness is far from boring for us, although we admit it takes work. Although, at Body By Blake we have determined every combination in making the process as fun as possible so you can just trust in your coach to guide you along the most efficient result driven routines.
